The Cottage (Bryn Awelon Bach) is a 5 Star 2 bedroomed cottage built in the spacious grounds of Bryn Awelon Bed and Breakfast and is ideal for a couple or family with stunning sea views over Moelfre.
Bryn Awelon is a family run business which offers guests a warm welcome and an enjoyable stay is guaranteed.
An open plan lounge/kitchen which is fully equipped with electric/hob, double oven, microwave, built in dishwasher and fridge, kitchen table which seats 4 people and can be extended. There is also a separate utility room with washing machine, dryer and freezer.
A cosy beamed open plan beamed lounge with rustic oak flooring which has two comfy two seater leather settees, whilst there is a electric log burning stove which creates a cosy atmosphere in the evenings with a 32” television and a selection of board games and books.
This cosy cottage has a ground floor twin bedroom with a full bathroom, it has a bath and shower over the bath with handrails for safety. This bedroom also enjoys a wall mounted flat screen TV with DVD.
Upstairs there is a double bedroom with king sized bed with a masionette balcony with fabulous sea views over Moelfre Bay where you can sit out and enjoy an evening glass of wine watching the spectacular sun sets or having a coffee in the morning sun. This bedroom benefits from a large en suite with a large walk in shower.
A patio with garden seating overlooking a large lawned garden taking in the lovely countryside, sea views and wildlife especially the resident red squirrels. There is ample off road parking and large garden to play in.

Heating, electricity, towels and bedding. Y Bwthyn has a log burner and the first basket of logs and kindling wood are free but any additional baskets of logs will be charged at £5.
The maximum number of people allowed to stay in the property must not exceed, under any circumstances, the number of people the property is stated to accommodate. Only the people listed on the booking form may stay in the premises and anyone who is added or replaced at a later date, but prior to arrival date with written consent from the owner. You shall not part with possession of the Property or share it, except with members of the party named on the booking form.
Arrival and Departure times
All properties are available from 3.30 pm, on day of arrival.
The properties and car parking areas must be vacated by 10.00am on your day of departure.
Early check in or late departure may be available during low or mid season at an additional cost.
The owner or their representatives (including workmen) are allowed access to the property at any reasonable time during your stay. In an emergency, or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and you cannot be contacted in time, the owner can enter the property at any time without giving you prior notice.
We cannot accept liability for any injury, accident, damage, loss, expense or inconvenience, whether to person or property including cars, which you or any of the people on the booking form or any other persons may suffer or incur that arise out of the holiday property booked with us, or is in any way connected with it.
Breach of Contract
If there shall be a breach of any of these conditions by you or any member of the party we reserve the right to refuse to hand over the property to you, or enter the property and repossess it terminating your booking immediately. If we do this we will treat this as a cancelled booking and you will not receive a refund of any money you have paid for breach of contract.
Bryn Awelon has a strict no smoking policy in the cottage – if guests wish to smoke outside they are asked to dispose of their butts in a safe and tidy manner. Smoking is not allowed inside any of the properties.
Problems and Complaints
If there is a problem or issue with the property please could you let us know as soon as possible so that we can resolve the matter promptly as possible However, if you feel necessary to complain about anything to do with the property, you must inform us immediately so as to allow us to investigate the problem/s and rectify the problem where possible. Under no circumstances will any complaints be acceptable or any compensation be considered or made for complaints made after your holiday has ended, when you would have denied us the opportunity of investigating the complaint and endeavouring to put the matter right during your stay.
